The Prosecuting counsel, Sunday Ekwe, told the court that the accused persons committed the offence on October 12, at about 1PM.<\/p>\n
Ekwe alleged all the 26 Shia members conspired and assembled themselves and blocked Ibrahim Taiwo Road up to Kofar Mata to Emir Palace.<\/p>\n
The Chief Magistrate, Muhammad Idris, granted bail to the unlawfully-called \u2018accused persons\u2019 in the sum of N100,000 each with two reliable sureties each in like sum.<\/p>\n
