It argues that members of the local community are not being served properly if the shop does not sell pork or alcohol products.<\/p>\n
Goueta’s chief of staff, Jerome Besnard, told the Daily Telegraph the community was not being properly served and that the town’s reaction would have been the same had a kosher store opened in the area.<\/p>\n
The authority is taking legal action to revoke the shop’s lease, which runs until 2019.<\/p>\n
