All men handed over themselves to the authorities in Kurram tribal region, bordering Afghanistan late Saturday, a security official told Xinhua in the region.<\/p>\n
Officials believe they may have crossed the border from Afghanistan as “many of Taliban militants have fled to Afghanistan” as the result of military operations in the tribal regions.<\/p>\n
