A number of people who escaped the agony of war in Kurdistan have sent a message to the Public Relations Office of Ayatollah Shirazi’s Karbala Office complaining of the terrible humanitarian conditions, and the lack of basic needs and services.<\/h4>\n

The refugees confirmed the deterioration of the living conditions, for there are no human aids provided by the Iraqi Government or the Human Rights International Organizations .<\/h4>\n

Several poor people are suffering from the severe weather conditions in Kurdistan especially the heavy rain.<\/h4>\n
