She said the restaurant owner, Rod Reed, told her to take it off because it wasn&#8217;t part of the dress code.\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"MsoNormal\">According to Devyn, Reed called the Hijab a witch&#8217;s hat and a costume. He said it&#8217;s something that you wear on Halloween as a joke.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0Her attorney believes the employer broke several laws during a chain of events that eventually led to the girl\u2019s suspension.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"MsoNormal\">&#8220;Wearing a Hijab is a choice to express your religious beliefs.
