It is a shame that the niqab \u2013 the full-face veil that a minority of Muslim women wear \u2013 has become a polarizing issue when it need not be.\u201d<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"MsoNormal\">The Ofsted intervention comes after David Cameron said last week that he would back institutions with \u201csensible rules\u201d regarding Muslims wearing full-face veils.
