The school\u2019s complaint was based on a communal regulation banning the wearing of religious garments.<\/p>\n<p>The cantonal administrative court refuted the school\u2019s protests after the student\u2019s parents refused to allow her to attend school without the hijab.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Court decided four-to-one against the school\u2019s appeal of the cantonal administrative court\u2019s decision.
