Iraqi security forces have arrested a terrorist cell made up of 13 terrorists of the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, including two carrying European nationality, in Balad district of Shia majority, north of the capital Baghdad\u00a0<\/p>\n
A security source said in a press statement that the special task forces carried out raids on sites where the elements of the ISIL are holed in an area near Balad based on accurate intelligence, stressing that the cell was preparing to implement an attack to break into Balad district.\u00a0<\/p>\n
