Presented in a question-and-answer format, the book explores areas of agreement and difference between Islamic and Christian teachings on environmental ethics, animal welfare, and humanity\u2019s responsibilities toward other living beings. It draws on religious texts and traditions from both Shiite Islamic and Christian sources.<\/p>\n
The authors discuss contemporary issues including environmental responsibility, the ethics of meat consumption, human interactions with animals, and the importance of compassion and care toward all creatures.<\/p>\n
