UN Appeals for Funding to Support Millions of Children Deprived of Education

The United Nations has warned that 258 million children and adolescents worldwide are currently experiencing disruptions to their education as a result of various crises, according to a report by Reuters.<\/p>\n
The UN\u2019s Education Cannot Wait (ECW) global fund for education in emergencies has launched a campaign titled \u201cHope Starts Here,\u201d calling for $600 million in funding to support 10 million crisis-affected children between 2027 and 2030.<\/p>\n
The initiative highlights the urgent need to address persistent challenges facing education systems in crisis zones and ensure that children affected by conflict and other emergencies can continue their education.<\/p>\n
