\nThe United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories has stated that genocide and apartheid have become part of Israel\u2019s official government policies.<\/p>\n
According to international media reports, Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur, said in a statement shared on social media that Israel\u2019s actions have revealed its approach toward the Palestinian issue, describing it as a policy that seeks to create a reality in which there is no place for Palestinians.<\/p>\n
Albanese called for the imposition of international sanctions on Israel, its diplomatic isolation, and a complete halt to arms shipments. She urged the international community to take practical measures in response to what she described as widespread violations of Palestinian rights.<\/p>\n
The UN official also rejected distinctions between a \u201cgood\u201d and \u201cbad\u201d Israel, arguing that international pressure should include sanctions, restrictions on trade relations, and an end to military support.<\/p>\n
She further stated that \u201cthe tragedy of the occupation of Palestine has never ended,\u201d describing the current situation as a continuation of longstanding policies of occupation and displacement.<\/p>\n
