The European Trade Union Confederation estimates that around 92.5 million working women collectively lose more than \u20ac358 billion annually due to the pay gap, although the scale of inequality varies significantly between member states.<\/p>\n
Finland, Austria, Germany, and Sweden record annual losses exceeding \u20ac5,000 per female worker, while Luxembourg remains the only EU country where women\u2019s average wages are higher than men\u2019s.
