\nShia communities in Denmark, Sweden and Lebanon held religious and cultural ceremonies to mark Eid al-Ghadir, known as Eid Allah al-Akbar, with programs highlighting the Wilayah of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon him, and the teachings of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.<\/p>\n
Shia communities in several countries commemorated Eid al-Ghadir with religious gatherings, speeches, poetry and devotional programs, expressing joy and renewed commitment to the Wilayah of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon him.<\/p>\n
In Denmark, the Imam al-Sadiq Foundation, peace be upon him, one of the centers affiliated with the Shirazi religious authority, organized a two-day celebration for Eid al-Ghadir al-Aghar. The first day was dedicated to women, while the second day was held as a public gathering attended by members of the Shia community and lovers of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.<\/p>\n
The ceremony opened with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdul Hassan al-Asadi, who spoke about the significance of Ghadir and the status of Wilayah in Islam. Poet and writer Ahmed al-Karaawi also recited poems praising the virtues of Imam Ali, peace be upon him.<\/p>\n
The program also featured Sheikh Mustafa Ali Masoud, a guest from London, who delivered an English-language speech on the universal message of Eid al-Ghadir and its role in strengthening Islamic identity and unity among Muslims worldwide. Devotional reciter Rashid Haider, also from London, presented Arabic and English chants and praise poetry, while well-known reciter Mustafa al-Naib concluded the event with further devotional poems.<\/p>\n
In Sweden, a ceremony was held at the Hussainiya of those devoted to Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra and Sayyida Khadija al-Kubra, peace be upon them, one of the centers linked to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi. The gathering brought together followers and lovers of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, who commemorated the event of Ghadir and reaffirmed their adherence to the Wilayah of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him.<\/p>\n
In Beirut, Lebanon, a Ghadir celebration was held on the 20th of Dhu al-Hijjah at the Hussainiya of Imam Hussein ibn Ali, Sayyid al-Shuhada, peace be upon him, one of the centers associated with Grand Ayatollah Shirazi.
