According to the report, more than half of these fatalities occurred during a single airstrike on a drug rehabilitation center in Kabul, one of the deadliest recent incidents in the Afghan capital. The ongoing confrontations \u2014 including cross\u2011border skirmishes and air operations \u2014 have increasingly exposed civilians and non\u2011combatant infrastructure to harm.<\/p>\n
