Health officials in Gaza said around 10 people were killed east of the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, with additional casualties reported in the north. The wounded were taken to Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah.<\/p>\n
In southern Gaza, two more Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces opened fire on civilian vehicles in the Khan Younis area. Local sources also reported a separate strike in Gaza City that killed at least one person and injured others, including a child.<\/p>\n
These incidents come amid continued near-daily violence across the enclave, with medics reporting further casualties from drone strikes and shelling in multiple areas.<\/p>\n
Separately, a deadly incident involving a vehicle linked to the World Health Organization has heightened international concern. A Palestinian driver, identified by medical sources as Majdi Aslan, was killed after Israeli fire struck a convoy in eastern Khan Younis, according to reporting by Al Jazeera and other outlets. The WHO described the event as a \u201ccritical security incident\u201d and subsequently suspended medical evacuation operations through the Rafah crossing.<\/p>\n
The Gaza Health Ministry says the overall death toll since October 2023 has surpassed 72,000, with more than 170,000 injured. It also reports that hundreds have been killed since the October 2025 ceasefire, underscoring the continued volatility on the ground.<\/p>\n
