\nPakistan\u2019s military announced that security forces have killed 13 militants linked to the banned Tehreek\u2011e\u2011Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in two separate intelligence\u2011based operations in the northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.<\/p>\n
According to a statement from the Inter\u2011Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operations were carried out on March 30 after information indicated the presence of militants in two districts. In the Bara area of Khyber district, troops engaged in an exchange of fire that resulted in ten militants being killed. In a separate operation in the Bannu district, three militants were killed.<\/p>\n
The ISPR described the operations as part of ongoing counterterrorism efforts in the region. It said security forces used intelligence to target militant hideouts and continued clearance operations to eliminate remaining threats.<\/p>\n
