At the One World Human Rights Film Festival in Prague, WUC representatives attended a screening of a documentary featuring survivor testimony on detention and abuse, followed by a discussion with the filmmaker.<\/p>\n
During the CSW70 Forum in New York City, WUC official Rushan Abbas alleged that Chinese authorities are expanding repression into digital spaces, particularly targeting women. At the United Nations Human Rights Council, Vice President Zumretay Arkin called for coordinated international action on issues including forced labour and religious restrictions.<\/p>\n
