According to Middle East News, preparations for launching the maritime service from Pakistani ports are in their final stages, and the route is expected to become operational later this month. The move is being described by officials as a significant development in the country\u2019s pilgrimage transport infrastructure.<\/p>\n
The decision follows recent limitations imposed on land travel for Arbaeen pilgrims heading to Iran, increasing demand for alternative and more reliable routes. Pakistani authorities said the inaugural trial opening of the international maritime travel terminal is scheduled for January 8. For the first time, a private company in Pakistan has been granted a license to operate international sea travel services.<\/p>\n
