Greek coast guard forces rescued 131 migrants from a fishing boat south of Crete on Saturday, pushing the number of people saved in the area over the past five days to 840, Arab News reported. The operation took place about 14 nautical miles south of Gavdos, a small island off Crete, and all those rescued were safely transferred to the island. <\/p>\n
