Gaza\u2019s Civil Defense said on Saturday it recovered the bodies of 94 Palestinians from beneath the rubble of destroyed buildings, Anadolu Agency reported. The organization said the remains were found in central Gaza City and transferred to the forensic department at Al-Shifa Medical Complex to complete burial procedures before interment at the Martyrs\u2019 Cemetery in Deir al-Balah. Civil Defense officials noted that thousands of people are still believed to be trapped under debris across the enclave following months of heavy destruction. <\/p>\n
In coordination with the health ministry and the ministry of religious endowments, rescue teams have relocated thousands of bodies that had been buried in temporary or unmarked sites to official cemeteries.
