Speaking in his \u201cNibras al-Ma\u2018rifa\u201d series, the Grand Marja called on leaders, officials, and decision-makers to engage with their subordinates and citizens with kindness and modesty. He encouraged what he termed a \u201cculture of request,\u201d allowing people to express their needs and concerns freely, describing it as both an administrative approach and a prophetic moral principle.<\/p>\n
Grand Ayatollah Shirazi explained that leaders who break down barriers between themselves and others strengthen trust and cooperation within institutions, improving governance and social harmony.
