At least 33 people were killed in a series of Israeli air strikes across Gaza on Sunday, AFP reported, as Israel and Hamas exchanged blame over the collapse of a ceasefire. Gaza\u2019s civil defense agency said the dead included women and children, with multiple casualties recorded in the central towns of Zuwaida and Nuseirat.<\/p>\n
Six people were killed when a strike hit a group of civilians in Zuwaida, while another six died in separate attacks near Nuseirat. Additional strikes killed two people, including a journalist, and injured several others in the same region. Further fatalities were reported in Khan Yunis and Jabalia.<\/p>\n
