The Muslim Council of Britain (MCB) has announced the launch of its annual Visit My Mosque initiative, scheduled for October 4\u20135, 2025. More than 150 mosques across the United Kingdom will take part, opening their doors to welcome visitors from diverse communities. This year\u2019s theme, \u201cOur Stories, Our Neighborhoods,\u201d highlights the everyday contributions of mosques within local communities, from offering spaces for dialogue and youth activities to hosting communal meals.<\/p>\n
The initiative aims to showcase the deep connection between mosques and the neighborhoods they serve, while also fostering greater understanding of the lives of British Muslims. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore each mosque\u2019s unique history and role, with welcoming programs designed to promote dialogue and interaction. <\/p>\n
The MCB emphasized that mosques are integral to Britain\u2019s social fabric, and the initiative seeks to strengthen long-term community relationships through open engagement.
