One night, after a period of fasting, Kouassi had a profound dream. A man of light took a Bible from his hands and gave him a Quran, telling him that this was the truth he was meant to preach. After months of reflection, David, along with his wife, converted to Islam, taking the name Ibrahim. Despite opposition from family and friends, this decision gave him a new sense of purpose.
