Minister of Security Mahamadou Sana said the move reinforces the country\u2019s commitment to strengthening \u201chistorical bonds of brotherhood between African peoples.\u201d While visas remain mandatory, applicants from African countries will no longer pay fees.<\/p>\n
The policy aims to facilitate the free movement of Africans across the continent and promote regional integration.
