Iraq\u2019s Military Intelligence Directorate announced Tuesday, September 9, 2025, the discovery of five ISIS hideouts in Wadi Al-Aghri, located in the Anbar Desert. The operation was carried out in coordination with the Intelligence Division of the Fifth Infantry Division.<\/p>\n
According to an official statement, the hideouts contained weapons, ammunition, food supplies, and logistical equipment. The sites were reportedly used by ISIS militants as shelters and support bases. Military engineering units from the Fifth Infantry Division destroyed the locations and all contents.<\/p>\n
