California AG Rob Bonta and Delaware AG Kathleen Jennings, who oversee OpenAI\u2019s nonprofit status due to its incorporation and headquarters locations, expressed serious concerns after reviewing the company\u2019s restructuring plans. They emphasized the need for \u201crigorous and robust oversight\u201d of OpenAI\u2019s safety mission.<\/p>\n
