According to Iraq\u2019s National Security Advisor, this initiative follows directives from Prime Minister Mohammed Shia\u2019 Al-Sudani, who emphasized resolving the Al-Hol issue due to its impact on Iraq\u2019s national and regional security. The camp, located in northeastern Syria, houses thousands of individuals\u2014many with ties to extremist groups.<\/p>\n
