The US State Department has revoked more than 6,000 visas issued to international students due to violations of American law and overstays, according to a report by the BBC. Officials said the majority of cases involved criminal offenses such as assault, driving under the influence, and burglary, while a smaller number were linked to alleged support for terrorism. <\/p>\n
