The holy shrine of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) in Holy Karbala inaugurated the third International Forum of the World Arbaeen Union, bringing together photographers from Iraq and several Arab and Islamic countries. Rasoul Jamal, head of the Iraqi Photographers Association, said the forum reflects the association\u2019s commitment to supporting creative talents through exhibitions and cultural events that capture the spiritual and humanitarian dimensions of Arbaeen.<\/p>\n
