\nIn a recent scholarly session, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Hosseini al-Shirazi emphasized that, according to the Qur’an, individuals who die in a state of polytheism without genuine repentance will not be forgiven by Allah.<\/p>\n
Held on Monday, 15th of Safar, 1447 AH, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Hosseini al-Shirazi also addressed attendees’ questions on various jurisprudential issues. The Supreme Marja highlighted that the Qur’an repeatedly states that those who associate partners with Allah and do not repent sincerely before death will not receive Allah’s forgiveness. However, His Eminence clarified that individuals who believe in Allah’s oneness but commit other sins without repentance may still be forgiven by Allah, except for \u201cRights and Dues of People\u201d which they will be held accountable for.<\/p>\n
