Additionally, 5,896 individuals\u2014including those wanted on arrest warrants, facing financial liabilities, or convicted in absentia\u2014were granted legal reprieve during this period.<\/p>\n<p>Since the law\u2019s enactment, a total of 24,754 individuals have been released, with 111,017 beneficiaries overall, encompassing those with pending legal cases or convictions.<\/p>\n<p>The council also reported recovering approximately 3.49 billion Iraqi dinars (around $247,300) during the same timeframe.
