Over 1,300 delegates, including ministers, urban planners, and innovators from 193 UN member states, participated in the two-day event.<\/p>\n<p>The assembly also elected a new presidency shared by Malaysia and the UAE for 2025-2029, alongside 36 Executive Board members.<\/p>\n<p>The plan focuses on improving access to housing, land, clean water, and sanitation while supporting green innovation, poverty eradication, and climate action.
