The Holy Quran has been successfully translated into the Dhatki language in Pakistan, Iqna reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The translation was completed by Haji Mohammad Siddique Rahimoon, a resident of Radhakhar village near the Dahili area in the desert district of Tharparkar, Sindh Province. Dhatki is spoken in parts of the Thar Desert, including Tharparkar, Umerkot in Sanghar district, and some neighboring areas across the border in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Javed Jaffar Rahimoon, a close relative of the translator, the project was completed in just two and a half years. Javed noted that Mohammad Siddique developed a strong interest in this work after retiring from the Sindh government\u2019s Health Department. Upon finishing the challenging task, he sent some handwritten copies to the heads of seminaries, who reportedly praised his efforts highly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
