Abbas Heidari, the event coordinator, stated that Tehran Municipality and partner organizations will handle infrastructure (electricity, water, etc.), while mosques and religious groups will manage the Moukebs. The celebration coincides with the end of Razawee Period, which includes the birth anniversaries of Sayyida Masoumeh (peace be upon her) on the first of Dhul-Qada and Imam Reza (peace be upon him) on the 11th.
