During the violence, students and teachers at Taleem ul Quran madrasa were assaulted, and the nearby Hazrat Gharib Shah Wali shrine was partially burned. Local Muslims protested, demanding action, while AIMIM MLA Kausar Mohiuddin and Congress leaders pressed authorities to arrest the perpetrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This marks the second such incident this year in Sangareddy district. In February, right-wing groups falsely blamed Muslims for desecrating a Hanuman temple before CCTV revealed a cat as the culprit.
