In one attack, six family members were killed when a bomb hit a store directly. Other incidents resulted in multiple injuries, including children as young as three and five years old. Despite ceasefires declared after a recent earthquake, the military continued operations against areas suspected of harboring insurgents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
