General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale clarified that while the RSS supports the Ram Mandir movement in Ayodhya and related efforts in Kashi Vishwanath and Krishna Janmabhoomi, the mass re-conversion of mosques is not aligned with their objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In an interview with Kannada weekly Vikrama, Hosabale questioned the feasibility of excavating 30,000 mosques to reverse historical events, warning it could lead to increased societal hostility. He emphasized that such pursuits could divert attention from critical issues like eradicating untouchability and fostering youth values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hosabale cautioned that a singular focus on reclamation might overshadow other important cultural and social concerns.
