Under the new rules, individuals must complete the registration process as outlined by the Interior Ministry. Those failing to comply will be classified as unauthorized migrants and may face legal consequences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, Semnan province hosts around 35,000 migrants, with 18,000 holding census registration cards.
