This ruling marks another setback for Khan, who has spent over 18 months in jail and faces over 100 legal cases, including serious charges like murder and terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khan&#8217;s party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), condemned the verdict as a \u201cblack day\u201d for justice in Pakistan, claiming it reflects a lack of judicial independence.
