The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has reported the discovery of three new mass graves in the village of al-Qabu in Homs countryside, containing the remains of 20 unidentified individuals believed to have been forcibly disappeared during the rule of the former regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier, on December 23, another mass grave was uncovered in Homs city, holding over 1,200 unidentified bodies likely buried during the same period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since the fall of the regime in Syria, nine mass graves have been documented, with the remains of 1,475 victims recovered.
