Ismail Mergemek, one of the mosque\u2019s imams, noted that the event allows non-Muslims to explore the mosque up close, with many visiting a mosque for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fikret Onder, head of Al-Fatih Mosque Association, emphasized that the event, now in its eighth year, has helped “break down barriers and dispel biases against Islam and Muslims,” drawing thousands of young and educated Dutch visitors this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
