De Moraes had ordered the shutdown amid concerns over misinformation and far-right content, sparking a fierce exchange with Musk, who accused the judge of censorship. X\u2019s new representative, Rachel de Oliveira Villa Nova Conceicao, is the same person who held the position before the platform’s office closure. To protect her from potential legal repercussions, X included a clause in their agreement requiring prior written instructions for any actions that could lead to violations of Brazilian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
