This request was made during a press conference on September 25, 2024, where lawmakers outlined several initiatives to promote Muslim culture in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to funding for halal certification, proposals included organizing Ramadan food fairs and cultural festivals, as well as increasing the number of prayer rooms in public spaces, such as shopping centers and the airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
