The organization has published its new intercultural calendar, which includes Islamic occasions such as the Night of Ascension, Mid-Sha’ban, the beginning of Ramadan, Laylat al-Qadr, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Eid al-Ghadir, and Ashura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This initiative symbolizes the German government’s efforts to acknowledge the religious and cultural diversity of a society that is manifested annually during Intercultural Week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From September 22 to 29, 2024, Germany will celebrate Intercultural Week for the forty-ninth consecutive year under the theme “New Spaces.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This event, supported by various institutions such as churches, municipalities, and charitable organizations, provides an opportunity to learn about different cultures and reduce religious and cultural prejudices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The development of the intercultural calendar, along with Intercultural Week in Germany, aims to strengthen relationships between Germans and immigrants and improve the legal and political frameworks related to religious and cultural coexistence in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
