UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini stated on ‘X’ that the schools for these children have been turned into overcrowded shelters for displaced people and are no longer suitable for teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lazzarini’s remarks came as the new school year begins worldwide, including in UNRWA schools in the West Bank.
