Spearheaded by the innovative firm Icon in collaboration with construction giant Lennar and architectural studio Bjarke Ingels Group, the project features 100 cutting-edge homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Utilizing Icon’s advanced Vulcan printer, which measures 46.6 ft x 15.6 ft, the homes are constructed with a proprietary cement-like mixture, allowing for minimal human intervention during the printing process. Each residence spans 1,500 to 2,100 sq ft and offers various floor plans with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
