Energy drinks typically contain caffeine levels ranging from 80mg to 300mg per serving, significantly higher than the 100mg found in a cup of coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to caffeine, these drinks often include other ingredients such as taurine and guarana, which can impact heart rate and blood pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Researchers from the Mayo Clinic in the US reviewed medical data from 144 patients who survived cardiac arrest after emergency treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
