Local rescue officials told Reuters that 28 people were killed, including a three-year-old and an eight-year-old, the news agency said on its website. The disaster hit Agam and Tanah Datar districts in the West Sumatra province on Saturday, following hours of heavy rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
