On Saturday, a heavy weapons attack in western Myanmar’s Rakhine State resulted in the deaths of two people and left 15 others injured, Xinhua reported yesterday citing the State Administration Council’s Information Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The attack, carried out by the Arakan Army, struck a high school compound in Buthidaung Township around 1 a.m. local time. The victims included internally displaced persons sheltering at the school, as well as local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
